Company History

RFC Contracting, Inc. was founded in 1995 by Roger Riachi, a graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a Masters Degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Management. RFC Contracting, Inc. was formed principally as a general contracting firm that was capable of constructing a wide range of projects. The company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging in size and scope for both the public and private sectors. As RFC Contracting grew, the services it was capable of providing quickly expanded to include development, design-build projects and construction management. We are a full service company that prides itself on delivering a high quality product while maintaining budgetary and time constraints. Based in Strongsville, Ohio, RFC's resume of completed work covers a diverse range of facilities including commercial, light industrial, and institutional projects covering a wide range of styles and construction types. Currently our main focus is Project and Construction Management. Our staff is composed of highly skilled and well-trained individuals, whose individual talents and experience complement each other to form a strong team that can accomplish any goal. During the course of its corporate history, RFC Contracting has experienced the roles of an owner, designer and contractor. Therefore we recognize the concerns and focus of all project team members: as an owner we understand that the quality of the finished product is paramount, but equally important is getting to that goal on-time and within budget; as a architect/designer we realize the importance of providing a design that will not only meet the owner's expectations, but at the same time, provide the contractor with buildable plans; and as a contractor, the main focus is coordination and quality control. RFC Contacting, Inc.'s practical 'hands-on' experience in these roles makes us eminently qualified to perform as the Construction Manager for the New Heritage South Elementary and East Elementary Additions and reinforces our dedication to quality and excellence.
